This office space was custom built by one of our clients who bartered a site for the desk.  I designed it to fit perfectly in this loft office on the second floor of our home.  The wall on the left of the office is open to the living room down below.  In the winter it receives plenty of warmth from the fire place and in the summer it is ideally located for the a/c.  The window between the two desks allows me to be able to peek outside and check on the horses, the weather, the garden, or wandering deer.  The desk for my son allows for me to work and not be ‘removed’ from his activities, another feature I love!  To complete the office, I just need a pair of comfy, matching desk chairs 🙂
